EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Monitor & update employee leave and attendance: Sick leave, and other absences to ensure compliance with company policies;
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment: Order and maintain necessary supplies and equipment for the department.
Document Management:
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, related to the bank portfolio;
- Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed;
- Assist with the preparation of presentations.
Data Analysis:
- Collect and prepare data related to the bank portfolio, performance metrics, and trends;
- Prepare standard reports and summaries based on data analysis.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations;
- Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and audits.
Requirements
- Diploma and Degree holder majoring in any field;
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Meticulous and detail-oriented;
- Microsoft Excel Savvy;
- Microsoft Word Savvy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
