岗位职责
Customer ServiceCustomer service representative required to interact with customers and to providenecessary information of overall Tasco products and services. They also are required to handle and resolve customer's complaints.
1) Answering Office calls and emails (enquiries)
2) Daily updating the i-Quote system for quotation secured
3) Open new files for New Customer secured, and updates for those additional service for existing customers.
4) Sourcing of New Customer contacts and constant follow up on Target Customers.
5) Updating or sharing feedbacks or complaints from customer after Sales visit
6) Keeping accurate records of customers, reports & records of sales
7) Continuous updating of Tasco's Organization, services provided or changes
8) Constant updating & follow ups on Customer's existing or new requirements or standard procedures.
9) Courteous and polite communication with customers over the phone or in person.
10) Other additional or new job function/scope required by Company shall be applied as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Education : Diploma or degree in logistic or any related field
2.Able to work at Johor Senai Seelong office.
3. Minimum 1 year experience in logistic and fresh graduate also encourage to apply
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
