Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for chiller, freezer, and cold room systems
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration system issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Monitor system performance and ensure proper temperature control
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance for compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related equipment
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for servicing and repair works when necessary
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Support new outlet setup, installation, and commissioning of refrigeration systems
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues when required

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in refrigeration, chiller, or frozen system maintenance
• Experience in supermarket, retail, cold chain, or commercial refrigeration systems is an added advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for refrigeration equipment
• Able to work independently and travel between outlets when required
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling commercial chillers, freezers, and cold room systems
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety compliance
• Technical certifications related to refrigeration or HVAC are an advantage

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position
• Travelling between outlets may be required
• On-call or flexible hours may be required for urgent maintenance support

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
