What you'll be doing

· Coordinates with cross functional team to resolve all customer issue.

· Participate in the new product introduction meeting and to establish Quality Plan (QP).

· Capable of performing a variety of technical supporting duties to achieve Product Certification (PC), PPS and formatting of Load and Compression test for product requirements.

· Compile company certifications and licensing master list and timely renewal and updates.

· Duties maybe related to support of manufacturing equipment set-up, technical support of one or more production processes, product test, technical analyze and problem solving.

· Familiar in conducting tests, experiments and no problem resolution associated with components, raw materials, products or process and system.

· Participate in company environmental, safety & health management system.

What we're looking for

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing or steel industry

· Strong understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and tools

· Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision

· Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

· Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
