• Lead the QC team and ensure all quality checks follow established procedures.
• Ensure all inspection plans and methods are properly implemented.
• Monitor quality trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve quality issues.
• Train, guide, and motivate the team to achieve quality goals.
• Support new projects and assist in solving high rejection issues, experiments, and evaluations to improve product quality.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in injection molding is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
