What The Role Is

We are seeking an Organisation Excellence Manager to join our team to be part of the Board Secretariat and Governance unit. This role requires a strategic and hands-on organisation development professional who can lead in organisation excellence and governance related work.

What You Will Be Working On

• Board Administration and Advisory – Provide advisory and support to the Board and ensure its functions and role align with corporate strategy and governance guidelines. Support Board planning and development, including the planning of Board related meetings and activities, facilitating board communications and records management, etc.
  
  
• Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) – Assist in driving URA’s WSH strategy, policies, and workplace safety culture. This includes Secretariat work supporting Management to coordinate and support risk identification, assessment, and management.
  
  
• Governance & Compliance – Strengthen areas of governance and compliance, such as in the areas of enterprise risk management, business continuity management, and incident reporting management.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Tertiary education in Business Administration, Management, or relevant disciplines
• 2 – 3 years of experience in organisation excellence, governance, or related fields would be considered favourably
• Demonstrated expertise in organisation governance, e.g. Workplace Safey & Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management, Enterprise Risk Management, etc. Professional certifications in these areas including Organisation Development would be risk advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to influence and drive change
