The Engineering Division conducts research and provides engineering services to the whole of DSO in the areas of digital and mixed- signal electronics/microelectronics, radio frequency (RF), electromagnetic interference (EMI)/electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), antennas, as well as mechanical and thermal engineering.

Assistant Engineer

In This Role, You Will

• Design chassis for electronics modules using 3D CAD software
• Design test jigs and fixtures for electronics testing
• Generate 2D Mechanical Drawings
• Perform hardware fabrication with precision metal joining technology
• Perform mechanical assembly and integration of hardware
• Perform mechanical testing of electronics modules
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
• Proficient in 3D CAD design and 2D mechanical drawings generation
• Interest in conceptualising design, implementing in CAD tools and realising them
