About The Role

As an Order Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the success of our brands across the APAC region. You’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and returns, acting as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process customer orders, amendments, and releases in line with system and compliance guidelines.
Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines, proactively addressing any risks or opportunities and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
Manage customer returns, claims, and defective product processes to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and distribute commercial and customs documentation in accordance with customer requirements and local regulations.
Support continuous improvement by contributing to the harmonization and optimization of operational processes.

What We’re Looking For

A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
A curious and proactive attitude with a drive for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate across teams.
1 year of experience in related field
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for regional support
