Business Analyst – Payments & Banking

We’re hiring for a confidential client in the financial technology and banking solutions space. The team supports payment systems, banking operations, and transaction processing across financial services.

We’re looking for a Payments-focused Business Analyst with strong knowledge of banking and payment workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify process needs
• Analyze payment flows, gateway processes, and transaction issues
• Support documentation for banking operations and financial transactions
• Assist in identifying errors, reconciliation gaps, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of the payments landscape
• Experience or exposure to payment gateways and transaction flows
• Knowledge of clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with credit card payments and banking transaction workflows
• Ability to create clear business and functional documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
