Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team and support the daily human resource operations of the company. The ideal candidate will play an important role in managing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Support payroll coordination and performance management
* Handle employee relations and HR administration
* Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 4 years of HR experience
* Experience handling a full spectrum of HR functions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
