We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support business operations, analyze workflows, and help translate business needs into structured, data-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how business processes work, solving problems, and turning requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support initiatives that improve efficiency, performance, and decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze current workflows, systems, and business processes
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Support solution design and process improvement discussions
• Maintain accurate requirement documentation and updates

️ Process Improvement & Operations

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Assist in optimizing business workflows and operations
• Support development of SOPs and process documentation
• Monitor KPIs and track operational performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Data & Reporting Support

• Analyze business and operational data for insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support KPI tracking and management reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting
• Assist teams in data-driven decision-making

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business, IT, finance, and operations teams
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and requirement sessions
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Coordinate follow-ups on tasks and deliverables
• Contribute to collaborative problem-solving efforts

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile or project management tools is an advantage
