Job Title- Release / Deployment Engineer – Customer Management (CCO)

Location- Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Summary

We are hiring a Release/Deployment Engineer to manage application deployments and release cycles for Microsoft-based customer management platforms, including customer onboarding, leads, and lending systems. The role involves coordinating deployments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting release issues, and ensuring system stability across environments. Candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or DevOps practices are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute application deployments across development, testing, and production environments
• Manage release schedules and deployment activities
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Monitor deployments, troubleshoot issues, and perform rollback activities when required
• Ensure compliance with release governance and change management standards
• Support environment configuration and version control management
• Assist with system optimization and post-deployment support

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in release management, deployment, or DevOps
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Windows environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development OR DevOps/CI-CD practices
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Understanding of SQL scripting and database deployments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules
• Banking or financial services domain exposure
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines
• Exposure to ITIL or release/change management frameworks
• Basic scripting knowledge such as PowerShell
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance standards
