Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain server hardware and infrastructure components
• Configure, deploy, and upgrade system environments
• Ensure system reliability, stability, and availability
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure or system issues
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system controls
• Support integration with telephony systems (SIP trunking)
• Handle data ownership, backup, and management processes
• Work closely with internal teams to support operational and deployment needs

Requirements:

• Basic experience or knowledge in server hardware components
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems such as RHEL/CentOS and Debian/Ubuntu
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, firewall, routing, NFS/NAS, and NTP
• Experience or exposure to package management tools (yum/apt-get)
• Experience in configuring and deploying environments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge or experience with monitoring tools like ELK, Loki, and Grafana
• Exposure to distributed cloud environments including On-Premise, AWS, Azure, and Alicloud
