Role Description
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFQ/RFP/RFI processes, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and recommendation.
- Support procurement planning and sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, operational efficiency, and value optimization.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and spend analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and supplier capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure timely procurement support.
- Prepare procurement documentation, commercial evaluations, comparison analyses, and recommendation papers.
- Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, governance requirements, and approved procedures.
- Monitor procurement timelines and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Contract Management
- Manage the end-to-end contract administration process, including drafting, review coordination, execution, renewal tracking, and contract closure.
- Ensure contracts are properly documented, maintained, and archived within the contract management system.
- Monitor contract compliance, obligations, deliverables, and key milestones to minimize operational and commercial risks.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and business units on contract reviews, amendments, and clarifications.
- Track contract expiry dates and support timely renewal or termination processes.
- Support the implementation of standardized contract templates, terms, and governance practices.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, and periodic supplier assessments.
- Address procurement and contract-related issues, disputes, or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote supplier performance improvement and continuous service quality enhancement.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract administration within facility management, construction, or development sectors.
- Strong hands-on experience with RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, and commercial comparison.
- Good exposure to contract preparation, renewals, variations, and compliance tracking.
- Ability to perform price benchmarking, cost analysis, and support commercial negotiations.
- Experience working with operations, project teams, QS, finance, and legal to clarify requirements and align sourcing.
- Familiar with ERP/procurement systems (i.e. D365, SAP, CMMS/CAFM) and maintaining vendor/contract records.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple sourcing events and maintain accurate documentation.
