Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Penang, Malaysia. The position involves executing day-to-day tasks such as contributing to manufacturing processes, ensuring quality controls, and developing solutions to optimize semiconductor assembly and testing. The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive manufacturing and testing services that meet the needs of global clients. The chosen candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting turnkey and module assembly solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills and familiarity with semiconductor assembly packaging and testing processes
• Proficiency in manufacturing technologies, quality management systems, and solutions implementation
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail in delivering high-quality results
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (engineering or equivalent); relevant certifications a plus
• Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
