岗位职责

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client networks.
  • Develop budgets and timelines for client projects.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to meet client needs.
  • Track account activities and report on performance.
  • Provide after-sales support including invoicing, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Advise on project budgets and financial feasibility.
  • Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and procurement schedules.
  • Evaluate contractor bids and recommend suitable options.
  • Track project expenditures against budget.
  • Manage variations, claim, and change orders.
  • Identify reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and track deliveries.
  • Monitor procurement costs against project budgets.
  • Prepare procurement reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Support audits and tender submissions with procurement documentation.
