The IT Network Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, operation and security of the organization’s network infrastructure. This role ensures reliable, secure and scalable connectivity across data centers, offices and remote locations while supporting business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibility

• Lead and manage enterprise network operations including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and data center networking.
• Design, implement and maintain network architecture to ensure performance, scalability and resilience.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN and network security controls.
• Ensure network compliance with security standards and certifications such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, incident and problem management for network services.
• Manage ISP links, redundancy, routing and bandwidth optimization.
• Lead network-related projects such as data center/campus expansion, office rollouts and technology refresh.
• Manage security to address vulnerabilities and implement security best practices.
• Manage vendors, service providers, maintenance contracts and SLAs.
• Prepare network capacity planning, risk assessments and technical documentation.
• Develop and enforce network policies, standards and operational procedures.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of data center infrastructure professionals.
• Collaborate with Operations Team (Technical & Automation) and business teams to ensure integrated solutions.

Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.

· 8–12 years of experience in managing complex enterprise network infrastructure environment, including leadership responsibilities.

· Strong hands-on experience with routing and switching, TCP/IP, VLANs and wireless technologies.

· Proven experience managing firewalls, VPNs and SD-WAN solutions.

· Experience supporting data center and critical facility networking environments.

· Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

· Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools.

· Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Security or equivalent are highly desirable.

· Strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Excellent in problem solving and root-cause analysis.
