Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure organizational goals are met. Responsibilities include managing resources, generating reports, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting team development and fostering collaboration to drive overall organizational performance.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in team management, resource allocation, and project coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated knowledge in operations management and process optimization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and ability to implement business development initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Prior experience in telecommunication, digital services, or related industries is highly advantageous
  • Adaptability and commitment to delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
