Company information: Creme Works is one of the largest manufacturer and supplier of ice cream, pastries & premixes to the foodservices & FMCG markets in Singapore and Southeast Asia since 2015. We are looking for individuals who are interested in food, pastries and ice cream to join our company to help develop new products.
Job description: The pastry chef will be responsible for improving existing recipes and developing new recipes for new products for the company.
Recipe Development: Design, test, and develop innovative desert & confectionary products
Food demonstration: Conduct tasting and demonstration for customers
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track food costs, and order necessary baking ingredients and equipment.
Quality Control: Ensure that all pastry items meet company’s standards
Kitchen Compliance: Maintain a sanitary workstation and maintain records according to company’s HACCP and ISO22000 standards.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Have previous pastry making experience or studied pastry as a discipline.
Able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
