WORK REQUIREMENTS:
1. Location will be in Singapore.
2. Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to understand requirements,
define test scope and contribute to sprint planning and release readiness reviews.
3. Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated) covering
functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT scenarios across web and API layers.
4. Act as the quality gate between development and release - log, track, and verify resolution of
defects, ensuring all issues are clearly documented with reproducible steps and supporting
evidence before signing off.
5. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or
TestNG; integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline in collaboration with the DevOps and engineering
teams.
6. Support performance and load testing activities using tools such as JMeter or Load Runner.
identify conditions under which software quality or performance degrades and report findings
with supporting data.
7. Maintain comprehensive QA documentation including test plans, test cases, test execution
reports, and defect logs throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Follow Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) as required by each squad; participate in
retrospectives and contribute to continuous quality improvement practices.
DELIVERABLES REQUIREMENTS:
1. Well-documented test plans, test cases, and test execution reports for each sprint and release
cycle.
2. Automated test scripts and regression suites maintained in the project repository, with
documented coverage metrics.
3. Defect logs and summary reports with clear severity classifications, root cause notes, and retest
outcomes.
4. Performance and load test results with analysis and recommendations for each major release.
5. SIT and UAT sign-off support documentation and post-release quality review inputs.
6. Good and satisfactory on-time delivery of quality assurance deliverables.
