Job Description

• Manage daily website updates, content uploads, and digital records
• Process content update requests from stakeholders and coordinate approvals
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of published content
• Monitor website content and maintain updated information across platforms
• Extract and compile performance data for weekly reports and analysis
• Support trend analysis and identify insights from digital performance data
• Work with marketing teams on campaign reporting and funnel analysis
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of content or data issues

Requirements

• Singaporean Only
• Degree in any discipline
• Basic understanding of data analytics and digital reporting
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CSV file handling
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Familiar with CMS platforms, web analytics, or digital marketing tools preferred
