Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. Will be responsible for day-to-day cost control, preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management and planning, and cost reporting. The role is on-site and located at Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Min 1 - 2 years experience. (Fresh Graduate are welcomed)
• Min. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Be self-motivated
• Have a positive and can-do attitude
• Able to Work Independently

Responsibility

• Pre & Post Contract Involvement
• Contract Administration
• Attend Site Meeting
• Preparation of Progress Valuation
• Preparation and Assessment of Variation Order
• Preparation of BoQ (Bill of Quantities)
