We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build strong business relationships, and support the expansion of the organization’s market presence. This role is responsible for driving business growth initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to revenue generation through effective market engagement and commercial planning.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to strengthen competitive positioning. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders while collaborating cross-functionally to support business objectives and long-term growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitive analysis, preparing business proposals and presentations, supporting partnership and negotiation activities, and monitoring business performance metrics. The role also involves identifying customer needs, developing commercial strategies, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives to enhance organizational growth and operational performance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires commercial awareness, strategic thinking, relationship-building capabilities, and a proactive approach toward achieving business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business development, market analysis, and commercial strategy principles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Commercially driven mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of partnership management, sales planning, or market expansion strategies is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, business analytics tools, or reporting platforms is a plus
  • Experience in proposal development, strategic planning, or performance analysis is an added advantage
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and business acumen
