We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior P&OP Reporting & Analytics professional to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of reports, analyze data trends, and support decision-making processes through insightful analytics.

What You'll Do: We are looking for a Junior Reporting & Analytics Analyst to support Application Maintenance and Production Support activities within the P&OP reporting and analytics arm of GIPS-SR. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, accuracy, and availability of analytics applications and reports, while supporting business users with incident resolution and minor enhancements.Key Responsibilities: Provide application maintenance and production support for P&OP reporting and analytics solutions. Monitor dashboards, reports, and data refresh processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Support and troubleshoot issues related to QLIK dashboards and analytics applications. Perform impact analysis, root cause identification, and coordinate fixes under senior guidance. Handle user queries, service requests, and incidents in line with defined SLAs. Prepare and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures. Assist with minor report enhancements, data fixes, and testing activities. Collaborate with business users and upstream/downstream teams within GIPS-SR. Required Skills: Less than 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or application support roles. Hands-on experience with business analytics tools (QLIK) (mandatory). Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Basic understanding of production support processes (incident, problem, and change management). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills and a customer-support mindset. Ability to work in a structured, support-oriented environment.Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to P&OP or operations-related reporting. Experience supporting BI or analytics applications in production environments. Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT service management processes. Basic understanding of data flows and reporting architectures.
