We are hiring a Software Engineer (5+ years) with expertise in Java, .NET, Python or similar technologies, and strong experience in DevOps practices. The role involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including migration to GitLab, and working with Azure and Infrastructure-as-Code. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Nexus, and exposure to secure, air-gapped environments. Strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and experience in agile (SAFe) teams are essential. Cloud certifications are a plus.

Desired Skills and Experience

Technical Requirements:

Software engineer with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar).
Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab).
Solid understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries.
Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) would be advantageous.

Professional Requirements:

Excellent communication and coaching skills - able to simplify complex topics and guide teams through change.
Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in agile environments (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams.
