This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineering Manager, located in Singapore River with some flexibility for remote work. The Software Engineering Manager will oversee the software development lifecycle and lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include architecting software designs, managing distributed systems projects, and ensuring effective project management. The role also involves mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment.

• Proficiency in Software Development and Software Design
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong skills in Project Management and coordinating deliverables
• Expertise in building and maintaining Distributed Systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the software domain is highly valued
