As an EDA CAD Engineer Intern, you will be part of a dynamic engineering team working on EDA tools, design flows, and methodologies that power next-generation semiconductor development.

As an EDA CAD Engineer Intern, you will be part of a dynamic engineering team working on EDA tools, design flows, and methodologies that power next-generation semiconductor development.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience, contribute ideas, and work with cutting-edge technologies in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop in-house algorithms, scripts, and tools to support design activities and customize EDA solutions
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Python, UNIX Shell, and TCL to enhance EDA CAD workflows
- Leverage AI/ML tools and techniques to improve productivity, optimize workflows, and support task execution
- Execute assigned tasks efficiently while meeting defined timelines
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering teams to support project goals
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of:
- Digital design and verification
- Physical layout concepts
- VLSI design flow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
