Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Naval Architect to support offshore and FPSO engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading naval architecture activities, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering interfaces, and ensuring technical compliance throughout project execution phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead naval architecture engineering activities for offshore/FPSO projects

• Support FEED, detailed engineering, and EPC project execution

• Review and coordinate hull, marine, stability, and structural related deliverables

• Perform technical evaluations and ensure compliance with applicable offshore and marine standards

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including marine, hull, mooring, piping, and structural disciplines

• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and project meetings

• Support project planning, engineering documentation, and client coordination activities

• Ensure engineering deliverables are completed within project schedule and quality requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore marine/naval architecture projects

• Strong FPSO/FSO/offshore floating facility experience

• Experience in FEED and EPC project phases

• Familiar with offshore classification rules, marine standards, and engineering practices

• Strong coordination and technical leadership capability

• Experience working with offshore operators, EPC/EPCIC contractors, or engineering consultancies is an advantage

Preferred Background

• FPSO conversion or offshore vessel project exposure

• Experience supporting multidisciplinary offshore engineering teams

• Familiarity with marine stability, hull integrity, and offshore operational considerations
