- Handle Invoice Processing for multiple Countries – cross trained and manage different country accesses.
- Process invoice timely and accurately to meet KPI.
- Ensuring the invoice matches and details are correct complying with our policy.
- Identifying, investigating and resolving any discrepancies found between the invoice and supporting documentation.
- Keeping accurate records of all invoices, and related documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external customer/stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
- Drive process improvement initiative on Invoice Processing process and issues.
Skills and Requirements:
- Essential for verifying vendor invoice, accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
- Important for managing heavy workload and maintaining accurate records.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with international counterparts.
- Needed for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Detailed oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
