About The Role
The Content Editor is responsible for the technical execution and daily management of a designated segment of ONErpm’s digital content network. This role requires a high-velocity creator who can move seamlessly between high-aesthetic fan edits and trend-reactive "burner" content. You will be responsible for populating the network with a constant stream of content designed to trigger algorithmic discovery and funnel traffic toward ONErpm’s priority releases.
This role is a full time consultancy opportunity and is part of our newly established "owned and operated network department".

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume weekly output of video assets, including fanpage-style edits, lyric videos, meme-format clips, and AI-driven artist snippets.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and optimized metadata.
- Creation and management of long-form playlists and audio mixes for YouTube and other platforms.
- Monitor global music trends daily to rapidly pair ONErpm catalog tracks with emerging audio-visual movements.Report on channel growth and engagement metrics, adjusting creative tactics to maximize reach.
- Experience in video editing and social media content creation, preferably within the music, gaming, or creator economy sectors.
- High proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut) with a focus on fast-turnaround workflows.
- A digital native understanding of internet culture and nuances of viral short-form video.
- Ability to work in a high-volume production environment (KPI-driven).
- Creativity and a "digital-first" mindset, with a passion for music and global trends.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
