Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role based in Kuala Lumpur. As an IT Support Intern, you will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, providing help desk support, and managing desktop computer systems. You will also support the Information Technology team in ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware and software systems. Your role will include responding to user inquiries, resolving technical challenges, and contributing to technology-driven solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates with 6 month internship period are added advantage
- Knowledge in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
- Skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience or familiarity with Desktop Computers and related systems
- Basic understanding of Information Technology principles and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Current enrollment in a relevant diploma or degree program (e.g., IT, Computer Science, or related field)
