岗位职责
Recruitment
· Handle volunteer enquires and applications.
· Help to screen and to obtain the relevant information in order that the volunteer is ready to be deployed on ground.
· Maintain or improve upon the response and lag time from application to deployment.
Orientation
· Ensure all volunteers have viewed our training videos and volunteer handbook before they are deployed. Screen to help the volunteers discern where / how they will serve.
· Ensure governance in the onboarding of volunteers (Declaration forms – child protection, clearance with SG Enable / MSF, Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality, Media consent, etc.)
Deployment
· Welcome, brief and meet new volunteer. Follow up with a call or email to check on how was their first volunteer experience.
Data Collection
· Maintain up-to-date and accurate volunteer database and maintain VMS CRM system for data retrieval, analysis and decision-making.
· Assist with data-entry and to make sure all necessary data are captured. Data to be keyed include volunteering hours, feedback, etc.
Administrative Duties
· Assist to send out daily deployment duties to SAAS Volunteer chat-group by 8am
· Updating of Master Volunteer Attendance Excel Data
· Prepare and compile monthly report
· Monitor budget expenditure

· Meticulous and result-oriented
· Team player who is able to effectively communicate with staff of all levels
· Able to work on weekends and evenings when needed [when there are events]
· A passion to serve in special needs sector
