We are looking for an Operation Engineer for QC Microbiology lab (Microbiologist cum training package developer) to work for our Pharma client in Tuas. Refer below Job details.

1. Provision of support for Training Packages development are:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop comprehensive training packages (competency-based) on Empower and Chromatography for Quality team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for training package development.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
• Ensure all training materials are aligned with current industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Client's internal policies.
• Assist in the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of existing Quality transversal training packages.

2. Support the Operations and Microbiology laboratory activities to clear backlog activities

• Assists in end-to-end document drafting/approval and periodic review (e.g. SOPs, OJTs, WRAS, CRAs, QMCs, control charts)
• Perform review and approval for QC testing and ensure that the tests are analyzed in accordance with corporate, regulatory and external agency regulations.
• Perform UD for utilities and environmental monitoring (EM) samples

Technical Experience

• knowledge chemical testing and/or lab equipment, e.g. HPLC (high performance lab chromatograph)
• experience in a lab, pharmaceutical or manufacturing company

Soft skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with SMEs and stakeholders
• Able to work independently, self-driven to execute and meet project timelines

Software Skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint
• Basic proficiency in videography (filming) and video editing
• Competent in designing technical trainings in MS Powerpoint
• Bonus: Proficiency in VeevaQuality electronic documentation systems
• -Bonus: Proficiency in designing interactive e-learning courses via Articulate360, Rise360, Storyline360 (or similar authoring software)

6 months contract full time role at Tuas, Singapore
