Position: Partnerships & Community Development Executive

Brief Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Partnerships & Community Development Executive to support partnership engagement, community programmes, and event coordination across the Group.
This role will assist in managing stakeholder relationships, supporting programme execution, coordinating events, and contributing to community-building initiatives aligned with our sustainability and innovation goals.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support collaborations, engagement activities, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Partnerships & Community Development Executive, you will be part of the Business Development team, you will be expected to:
Community Engagement & Events
- Support the planning and execution of workshops, community programmes, networking sessions, and events
- Coordinate event logistics, registrations, materials, and stakeholder communications
- Assist with sponsorship coordination and event activation activities
Programme Coordination
- Support programme implementation and operational coordination
- Assist in gathering feedback and monitoring programme performance
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of activities and initiatives
Partnership & Stakeholder Support
- Assist in maintaining relationships with corporates, startups, institutions, community groups, and ecosystem partners
- Support outreach and coordination efforts for partnerships and collaborations
- Attend networking sessions, meetings, and industry events where required
Marketing & Communications Support
- Assist with preparation of presentation materials, reports, social media content, and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional efforts for programmes and events
- Help ensure consistent communication and brand representation across engagements
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Maintain records of partnerships, events, and programme activities
- Assist in preparing reports, tracking engagement metrics, and compiling feedback
- Support general coordination and administrative duties related to partnerships and community initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing,Communications, Business, Events Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, events, community engagement, marketing, or coordination roles
- Entry-level candidates with strong internship or project experience are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or basic content creation is a bonus
- Interest in sustainability, innovation, or community-building initiatives is preferred
- Able to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
