We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Specialist / System Administrator / Helpdesk Executive to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain smooth and secure system performance across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting users, and ensuring technology systems run efficiently with minimal downtime.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As part of the IT team, you will provide technical support, manage systems, and ensure stable IT infrastructure that supports business productivity and operations. ️

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES️ IT Support & Helpdesk
  • Provide first-line and second-line technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests
  • Assist with system installations and configurations
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents
System Administration
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions
  • Monitor system performance and availability
  • Perform software updates, patches, and maintenance
  • Support backup and recovery processes
  • Ensure system security and operational stability
Network & Infrastructure Support
  • Assist with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting
  • Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and devices
  • Coordinate hardware repairs and replacements
  • Support office IT infrastructure and connectivity
  • Work with vendors and service providers when needed
Documentation & IT Process Support
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and records
  • Document incidents, solutions, and procedures
  • Support IT policies and best practices
  • Assist in improving IT workflows and processes
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards
IDEAL PROFILE
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Proactive and willing to learn new technologies

REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
  • Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 or Active Directory is a plus
  • Knowledge of ticketing/helpdesk systems is an advantage
