About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance Executive to join our dynamic property and development team at BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations and reporting for our diverse property and development projects. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, and variance analyses
• Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for property and development projects
• Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for operational improvement
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support
• Maintaining detailed financial records and documentation
• Providing support for ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as required

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the property or development industry
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to work accurately with financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
