About the Role:

We are looking for a relationship-driven and results-oriented Affiliate Operations specialist to manage and grow DACHIN's affiliate and KOL ecosystem in Malaysia. You will be responsible for scouting, onboarding, and managing affiliates and KOLs across TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate programs, ensuring strong campaign performance and ROI. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and live streaming teams to design effective affiliate campaigns that drive sales, traffic, and brand awareness across the Malaysian market.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL management, influencer marketing, or e-commerce operations, preferably with exposure to TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, or Lazada Affiliate programs.
  • Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur, WFO 100%, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends during major campaign periods.
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well, and all of the recruitment processes will be conducted in English as well.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage for engaging with broader KOL communities and creator networks.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate performance metrics such as code usage, click-throughs, conversion rates, GMV attribution, and commission structures.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and retain affiliates across diverse content niches and audience profiles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for affiliate tracking, performance reporting, and commission calculations.
  • Up-to-date awareness of Malaysian creator economy trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging KOL talents across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple affiliate campaigns simultaneously under tight timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and KOLs across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, focusing on creators whose audience aligns with DACHIN's brand portfolio.
  • Manage the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle — outreach, briefing, content guidelines, performance monitoring, and commission processing.
  • Negotiate fees, commissions, and campaign terms with KOLs and affiliates, balancing budget control with strong ROI outcomes.
  • Plan and execute affiliate campaigns across TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, and Lazada Affiliate programs, aligned with major brand campaigns and platform mega-events.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance — code usage, click-through rates, conversion attribution, and GMV — and prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Optimize ROI by reallocating budgets to high-performing affiliates, refining commission structures, and identifying underperformers for rebriefing or replacement.
  • Collaborate with the live streaming team to coordinate joint live sessions, KOL co-hosting, and cross-promotion campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of creator economy trends — monitor competitor KOL activities, emerging creators, and platform algorithm changes to keep DACHIN's affiliate strategy current.
  • Maintain strong affiliate database and tracker systems to ensure accurate reporting and timely payouts.
  • Build long-term relationships with key KOLs and top-performing affiliates to secure preferred partnership status and ongoing collaboration.
