This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Assistant (Junior) at our office located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Procurement Assistant will support the purchasing and procurement processes by creating and managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, analyzing procurement data, and providing administrative support to the procurement department as needed.

• Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret procurement data and make informed decisions
• Experience or knowledge in Purchasing and Procurement processes
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office or procurement systems, is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur
