Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Liaise closely with the Project Manager to understand the project workload, schedule, and technical requirements to ensure seamless site execution.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, deploy, and manage a team of at least 20 welders (predominantly Non-Traditional Source / NTS workers) on a daily basis.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor daily site activities and prepare timely, accurate project progress reports for the management team.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all welding works comply with strict industry codes, quality standards, and workplace safety & health (WSH) regulations.
  
  Requirements:

• Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience working as a Site Welding Supervisor, specifically within the process industry (e.g., petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical plants).

  Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You must be able to communicate effectively with our diverse workforce of foreign workers (including Thai, Bangladeshi, and Indian nationalities) to give clear instructions, ensure safety protocols are understood, and resolve site issues.

  Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of various welding processes, materials, and quality control procedures.

  Certifications: Relevant supervisory certifications (e.g., Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) or Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant) are highly advantageous.
