ABOUT THE ROLE

2100 Performance is a longevity and cognitive performance company delivering doctor-led, AI- personalised training protocols at premium private members clubs. We are hiring an Operations Executive to be the on-the-ground face of our venue — keeping things running without friction, ensuring every member interaction reflects our standard, and owning the administrative systems that keep the business accurate and accountable. This is a high-ownership role. You will manage the room, the systems, and the members — often simultaneously. We need someone who takes initiative, communicates proactively, and stays composed when things do not go to plan.

KEY DETAILS

Location: Private members club, central Singapore (on-site, not remote)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Contract: Full-time

Reports to: Management/Head Coach

Compensation: This role offers a guaranteed base plus direct upside from every class and session you deliver. The more you train, the more you earn.

Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Training

–   Step into group classes as a substitute instructor when the scheduled trainer is unavailable — you are on the rotation, not on standby

–   Engage meaningfully with members on the floor — your presence, knowledge, and conversations are what create genuine connections, and those connections naturally open doors for PT opportunities within the business

–   Deliver sessions consistent with 2100's performance and longevity methodology — training will be provided

–   Be a natural presence on the gym floor: approachable, knowledgeable, and able to hold genuine conversations about training and health with members

–   Represent the 2100 brand through how you carry yourself, communicate, and train

Operations

–   Manage all group class scheduling and capacity on the venue's booking system — creating classes, processing cancellations, handling waitlists

–   Own all session tracking on Mindbody — mark attendance, no-shows, and late cancellations daily; ensure PT client profiles and forms are in order

–   Handle member enquiries, session questions, and package purchases with professionalism; communicate proactively via WhatsApp on reminders and balances

–   Ensure all members complete required forms and waivers before their first session

–   Notify affected members individually when classes are cancelled and coordinate replacement sessions

–   Monitor concurrent PT session limits on the floor and flag breaches to trainers

–   Verify venue cleanliness and readiness at the start of each day; escalate housekeeping and maintenance issues through the correct channels

–   Produce daily and monthly reports on attendance and session volumes; track instructor attendance for accurate, on-time payouts

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications & Experience

–   Certified personal trainer (REPs, ACE, NASM, or equivalent) — required

–   Experience delivering group fitness classes — HIIT, functional training, strength, or similar formats

–   Background working in a gym or fitness facility — you understand how a gym floor operates

–   Experience working with or serving high-net-worth individuals or private club members is strongly preferred

–   Comfortable picking up booking and studio management platforms quickly (Mindbody experience is a plus)

–   Proficient in Google Workspace for daily reporting and file management

–   A trainer first — you are at home on the gym floor and members sense it

–   Calm under pressure — handles difficult members and last-minute changes without losing composure

–   Meticulous and detail-oriented — what gets entered into the system is what members and management see; accuracy is non-negotiable

–   Proactive, not reactive — spots gaps before they escalate and communicates before being asked

–   Warm, professional, and discreet — the standard expected in a private members club environment

–   Quick to pick up new systems and workflows; does not need to be chased to get things done

–   Strong written and spoken English; additional languages welcome

–   Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; available Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm on-site
