Overview

We are looking for an AI Researcher to join the R&D team to build practical AI and machine learning solutions for real-world analytical problems. This role focuses on statistical modelling, predictive analytics, LLM-powered AI agents, and intelligent systems that work across structured and unstructured data. Fresh graduates with strong AI fundamentals and hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Research & Data Analysis

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify meaningful trends and patterns from datasets.
• Develop predictive and statistical models including regression, classification, and forecasting models.
• Conduct hypothesis testing, significance testing, and model validation.

AI & LLM Development

• Design and develop AI agents powered by LLMs to automate analytical workflows.
• Build systems that integrate LLMs with databases, predictive models, and external tools.
• Evaluate AI agent performance including reasoning quality, hallucination handling, and task completion.

Technical Development

• Develop clean and scalable Python code for machine learning and data processing pipelines.
• Work with SQL databases and structured datasets.
• Contribute to reproducible AI workflows, experiment tracking, and shared codebases.

Essential Technical Skills

• Strong Python programming skills with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SciPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, missing data handling, and structured datasets.
• Good understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and generative AI models.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to LLMs, AI agents, RAG, LangChain, vector databases, or GenAI frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong mathematical foundations in statistics, linear algebra, calculus, and optimisation.
