Responsibilities

• Perform installation, setup, debugging, and commissioning of machining equipment.
• Set and optimize machining parameters (speed, feed rate, cutting depth) based on drawings and process requirements.
• Conduct first article trials and coordinate with QA to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Set up and calibrate tools, fixtures, and gauges to ensure stable and precise machining.
• Troubleshoot machining issues (e.g., deviation, chatter, tool wear) and implement improvements.
• Carry out routine machine inspection and daily maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of debugging, trials, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and provide basic training to operators.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in CNC machining, machine tool setup, or debugging.
• Willing to undergo 3-6 months of training in China
• Familiar with machining processes, cutting parameters, and CNC equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances (GD&T is a plus).
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and strong problem-solving ability.
• Able to read technical documents.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
