We are partnering with a well-established organization looking for a Procurement Operations Executive to support procurement operations, sourcing activities, contract management, and reporting functions within a structured enterprise environment.

This role is suitable for candidates with hands-on experience using procurement ERP systems such as Coupa, SAP, SAP Ariba, or Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement operations and sourcing activities
• Coordinate and manage e-RFx activities including RFQ/RFP/RFI processes
• Assist in contract management and procurement documentation
• Support vendor onboarding and procurement governance processes
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and system data accuracy
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement execution
• Generate procurement reports, spend analysis, and operational dashboards
• Support procurement system activities and workflow approvals
• Handle digital contract execution processes using e-signing tools such as Adobe Acrobat Sign

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, procurement operations, or purchasing support
• Hands-on experience using procurement/ERP systems such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or Oracle is required
• Familiarity with e-RFx processes and procurement workflows
• Experience in contract administration or procurement documentation support
• Good reporting and analytical skills with strong Excel capabilities
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work within tight timelines

Preferred Skills

• Experience within shared services, multinational, or enterprise environments
• Knowledge of procurement compliance and governance processes
• Exposure to procurement reporting, spend analysis, or dashboard reporting
• Experience with digital procurement and automated workflow systems
