岗位职责

As an Executive, Partnership & Volunteer Management, you will play a key role in strengthening CARE Singapore’s volunteer ecosystem. This role supports the recruitment, engagement, and retention of volunteers by creating meaningful volunteer experiences and ensuring the smooth coordination of volunteer efforts. You will contribute to enhancing volunteer communications, supporting volunteer-driven events, and improving internal processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Volunteer Engagement & Coordination:

• Manage end-to-end volunteer onboarding, including screening, orientation, and training.

• Coordinate volunteer scheduling and deployment for programmes and events.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date volunteer records and databases.

• Respond to volunteer queries and provide timely support during assignments.

• Support in the planning and execution of corporate volunteer engagement activities.

Volunteer Development & Experience:

• Strengthen structured volunteer pathways to encourage long-term engagement and growth.

• Plan and implement volunteer appreciation initiatives to recognize contributions.

• Collect and analyze feedback from volunteers to improve the volunteer experience.

• Review and enhance volunteer workflows, SOPs, and documentation to improve efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.

Inter-Departmental Support:

• Plan and support community outreach initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.

• Assist in the planning and execution of volunteer-led or volunteer-supported events.

• Liaise with internal teams to identify on-the-ground needs and align volunteer deployment and partnership opportunities accordingly.

• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline, or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; junior candidates with strong initiative and the ability to manage responsibilities independently are welcome to apply

• Resourceful with strong written and communication skills

• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support overlapping projects.

• Possess a strong work ethic, initiative, and a process-improvement mindset

• Hands-on and self-motivated team player

• Experience in a non-profit, social service, or fundraising environment is an advantage
