Job Summary

You will assemble semiconductor machine components, install firmware, troubleshoot during machine setup, and maintain a safe, clean work environment following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble main and sub-assemblies of semiconductor machines, including mechanical parts and wire routing, to ensure proper machine construction
• Power up machines and install firmware to prepare equipment for operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during machine setup to ensure functionality and performance
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following established procedures, rules, and regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hold a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent
• Demonstrate proficiency in English to communicate effectively in the workplace
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in automation systems is advantageous but not required
