职位描述

任职资格

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in administration or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.

岗位职责

 

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mails, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and preparation.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for company documents and records.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and pantry items.
  • Assist in data entry and updating company records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Support HR and finance department in administrative matters.
  • Assist in staff attendance tracking and leave record updates.
  • Handle company utility payments, courier arrangements, and office maintenance coordination.
