The Project Management Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end project management activities, ensuring effective planning, coordination, tracking, reporting, and governance of project deliverables. The role works closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
· Support project planning activities, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
· Track project progress against plans and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
· Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, status reports, MOMs, RAID logs, and dashboards
· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through workshops and discussions.
· Prepare functional specifications, business process documents (BPD), and requirement traceability matrices (RTM).
· Monitor resource allocation and support onboarding, access, and readiness activities
· Support change management, escalation handling, and impact analysis
· Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and reporting standards
· Provide timely and accurate project updates to leadership and clients
· Knowledge on Malaysian e-invoice implementation

· Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
· Good documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
· Knowledge of testing, deployment, or change management activities
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
