Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Creative Production to oversee and guide our growing Creative Production team composed of Project Coordinators and Production Designers. In this role, you will ensure efficient project execution, maintain high-quality creative output, and support the team in delivering digital and print assets on time.

You will play a key role in managing workflows, mentoring team members, and optimizing processes, while serving as the primary point of coordination between the team and leadership to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.

This is a client-facing role, so you will also communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, provide updates on project progress, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Project Coordinators and Production Designers to ensure productivity and professional growth

• Oversee project workflows, timelines, and task prioritization to ensure timely delivery of creative assets

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of digital and print materials before final release

• Coordinate closely with stakeholders and clients to clarify project requirements, deadlines, and expectations

• Monitor team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet client demands

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and implement best practices within the creative production pipeline

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and team performance to the Head of Manila

• Support the team in resolving production issues, bottlenecks, and project challenges

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in creative production, advertising, publishing, or project management

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, managing teams or multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, managing client relationships and project requirements across different regions, preferably supporting US-based clients

• Strong understanding of design production workflows for both digital and print media

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing tools

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
