Job description:

  • Learn all facets of our HR functions and get a 360-degree view of our business.
  • Support front-line recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding and orientations.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
  • Conduct HR administrative activities related to employee life cycle and day-to-day activities.
  • Participate in employer branding, employee engagement and organizational culture efforts.
  • Contribute to performance management, learning and development initiatives.
  • Support payroll and benefits, visa applications and management schedule coordination, etc.
  • Research into market best practices and provide suggestions for various HR policies, procedures and programs to support the organization's overall business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a renowned university.
  • 1-2 years of experience in any relevant sector would be preferred.
  • Great logical thinking, team spirit, persistence, good communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft suite.
  • Highly proficient in both spoken English and Mandarin languages for liaison with counterparts in Southeast Asia countries and China headquarters.
