- Solid hands-on proficiency in .NET development stack: C#, ASP.NET / Web API, T-SQL, SQL Server, and Visual Studio; experience maintaining or integrating older codebases (e.g., VB6/.NET) is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience working with ERP systems—including integration, customization, or lifecycle support—in a financial or corporate environment.
- Prior experience in an Application Responsible or similarly accountable role—or clear progression toward such responsibility—is essential. This includes ownership of production systems, participation in incident/change management, and direct interface with business users or control functions.
- Sound understanding of solution architecture principles, including system context diagrams, integration models, and separation of concerns.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective, long-term resolutions with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices, including Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and release management.
- Agile-related certifications are a plus.
- Background in banking or wealth management operations is highly beneficial, especially exposure to governance, compliance, or legal entity management processes.
